These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sky Pups Dash game and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sky Pups Dash is a browser-based game. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Some features require an account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent to this agreement in your jurisdiction; if you are under the age of digital consent, do not create an account.
You agree not to: cheat, tamper with scores or gameplay, submit falsified data, disrupt the Service or other players, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service unlawfully. We may reject or remove scores, names, or accounts that violate these Terms.
Content you provide (such as your display name) must not be offensive, infringing, or misleading. You grant us a license to display it within the Service (e.g., on leaderboards).
Coins, mileage, unlocks, and similar in-game items have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may be adjusted, reset, or removed. They are licensed, not sold.
The Service, including its art, code, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for play.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted (or as otherwise required by law). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
