Sky Pups Dash — Account Deletion

Version 2026-07-12

You can delete your Sky Pups Dash account at any time, directly in the app. This page explains how, and what happens to your data when you do.

How to delete your account

1. Log in to Sky Pups Dash.
2. Tap your name in the top-right corner.
3. Open PROFILE.
4. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
5. Confirm when prompted.

If you can't access the app

If you are unable to log in or open the app, you can still request account deletion by emailing dongwonlim@vegagamelabs.com from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your request and delete your account, with the same results described below.

What is deleted or anonymized

• Your account email and password are anonymized immediately.
• Your display name is replaced with "RETIRED PUP" on leaderboards.
• Your character progress and shop entitlements are deleted.
• All of your login sessions are revoked.

What is retained

Anonymized score rows are kept for leaderboard integrity. These contain no personal data and can no longer be linked back to you.
